some person, or some process to change in some way. We begin
by helping our clients specify the outcomes they are seeking,
and then we create a structured program that suits their needs.
Often, companies run employees through the training mill hoping
that some good might come from it, but the enthusiasm after
the training is short lived. It is our belief that training
initiatives be short enough to have minimum impact on productivity,
yet long enough to be effective. We have learned that brief
programs can create awareness of issues, but on-going programs
are required for lasting change.
